Returns
You can return unopened items in their original sealed packaging within 14 days of delivery. Email info@buybritishpeptides.com with your order number before sending anything back. You pay the return postage unless the item was faulty or we sent the wrong item.
For safety reasons we cannot accept returns of opened items unless they are faulty.
Damaged, faulty or wrong items
Email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We will send a replacement or give you a full refund, including delivery.
Refunds
Refunds go back to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the return, or of us confirming a replacement is not possible.
